Served with hoi-sin sauce and balsamic glaze

Pork Belly
Slow cooked pressed pork belly served with apple compote, caramelised apple & King Edward mustard mash

Scallops
Seared Scallops served with chorizo and pea puree & topped with Pancetta crisps 

Thai Scented Fishcakes
Cod, Maris-piper potato, coriander, chilli & lime all bound together in a sea salt & crushed black pepper crumb with a sweet chilli dipping sauce

Main Course

Slow cooked Shin of Beef
8 hour slow cooked shin of beef with Worcestershire sauce, onions, mushrooms and Pancetta and gently positioned of spring onion mashed potato

Stuffed Chicken
Mouse of cream cheese, basil & sweet roast red peppers finished with a tomato and chilli cheese sauce

Shoulder of Lamb
Braised bone in shoulder of lamb served with rich pan gravy infused with rosemary and red currant jelly jus

Fillet of Sea Bass
Seared fillet of Sea Bass sat on a spiced fruit salsa topped with prawn foam

Dessert

Toffee & Hazlenut Meringue Gateaux
Served with caramel ice cream

Lemon Merigue Cheesecake
Served with honey-comb ice cream

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce
Finished with a smooth custard

White chocolate & Grand Marnier Brule
Served with white chocolate ice cream
