Employing the right staff enables us to deliver the first class service that we have become renowned for. That’s why we spend time seeking chefs, kitchen assistants, food & beverage serving staff and porters who are qualified and experienced and that will portray the professional image that our clients have come to expect from D’vine Catering & Events.
All newly recruited staff undergo a basic induction training so that they are fully aware of the standards we expect of them. This includes relevant risk assessments, holiday procedures, disciplinary procedures, and all other procedures outlined in our on-site Employment handbook.
